I paid common price for level 6 trainer (below 1M). In final you paid less for such a trainer than for one with high salary and low transfer price. I like high level of trainer as I'm NT coach as well and train a player for our NT even if for the club could be better level 5 or 4.
I don't need higher PR guy. I don't believe he brings me more additional money than I would pay more for his salary.

I think you must sell some of your players, otherwise you will go bankrupt!:D

I have counted everythink well. As I still haven't received bancrupcy warning I'm able to keep all my players until the B3 final. Next Monday I expect bancrupcy warning so then I will have 2 weeks to go back to green numbers, but B3 final will be only 10 days after the warning. You can expect some of my players at TL with deadline Thursday evening after the B3 final (maybe earlier if I lose the semifinal).

It wasn't my strategy what creates this space. Drop of prices of high salary players made this space and I only try to use it as much as possible. I expect similar strategy by few teams every other season in B3. Especially teams from very small countries (with less than 100 users) could be very dangerous.

I have noticed that teams do load up for a B3 run, which I think makes sense & is like the model in the NBA where top teams do this. I also agree that smaller countries have an advantage when it comes to B3, if done right, as they can have more focus on there starters as they play worse teams & can use lesser players & get away with it with there results.
My plan, for what it's worth & please feel free to comment. 5 Trainees, 2 Position training. High level coach & doctor. Money into Stadium, emphasis on Lower Tier seats for higher Salary Cap. Now I have to go the rest of this season & 3 more, Trainees will be 26, 25, 24, 24 & 23 & bolt on the Outside. I make just over $500k per week right now.
It's a very long term plan, but by training guys through I think I gain the money to build the Stadium aggressively & figure out all types of different tactical setups.

True. If I had been little smarter and more patient at the transfer market some time ago I could have near 8-10M of free cash at the moment.

I'm for 1 position training or if you want 2 positions then with 6 players. But it depends how your players look like.

With 1 position training, it's awkard to get 3 guys 48 mins per week, with knocks & foul trouble. At least with 2 position 5 players I have an extra game to fall back on if I need it. That's the thought process at least. I'll move to 1 position training once I'm in the realms of you guys, as that will be easier to achieve, at least I think it will.
Thanks again for the input!
