Count your points, they are fine.

EDIT: You have 52 points aquired by investing in scouting. Each scouting takes 1 point, interviewing takes additional 1 point.

I counted and my 0 points are wrong: i spent 10points for scounting combine, 10points for group demonstration (I had 19 players with 1 or 2 ball), i scouted other 16 players and interviewed 7 players formerly scouted.

10 + 10 + 16 +(7*2) = 50points spent

I invested 40k for 13 weeks (4*13=52) and now i should have 2 more points but I have ZERO!

You are right. I don't know why, but last time I counted, I didn't calculate players affected by group demonstration correctly. Sorry about that. Your points should be ok now.
