I think id have gone higher if the JS and JR were switched. nonetheless, he'd have been noticable upgrade at SF for me.

I'm gonna play him at my private league tomorrow as a SF and see how he will perform, but i agree it would have been better if JS and JR were switched. Eitherway he'll be part of my training regime even though he's 23.

My 19yo PF currently looks like this.. do you think he is worth including in my OD training which i will undertake after this week for 2 weeks? I sometimes play him at SF when i train JS for Wingmen but long term he will be my starting PF... (i plan 1 more season of Outside skills and want to get his passing up to Strong too... then the next season(s) down to concentrate on SB and boost his traditional big man skills..
Jump Shot: proficient ↑ Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: awful Handling: strong ↑
Driving: strong Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: inept Free Throw: pitiful
Experience: awful

Nice looking 19 year old. In my opinion it would be only worth it if you plan on playing man to man or fullcourt press. I believe that m2m/FCP uses both inside and outside D. Otherwise you'll boost his salary without using his OD skills. Which will cost you more money in the long run. That's just my opinion... :)

cool - how much time does a PF spend outside in comparison to say a C? The only other reason i was considering including him in the OD training is a) because he is too good to leave for 2-3 weeks doing nothing! and also even though he may not pop he will get a slight boost in ID and HD/DR if he receives training which I imagine can only help for when I give him a week of this again...
As for wages... im not scared.... dont pay less - earn more!

Here's one of my players. No, I won't tell you who he is.
I dropped off two of his skills too.

A C almost always stays near or in the paint, while PF on the other hand might drive from the outside to inside. I'd say PF will be spending on the outside twice as much as a C.
If he is one of your star players i would include him in every training so his training won't go to waste :)

Funnily enough he changed position today and is now classified as a SF.... but I think his best position is still PF and will be for a while yet unless he really does start popping on the Outside skills....
