Then, what is the story of Hemmati? I would like to understand what is this bug about.
1) 17/04/2011 Purchased by I-Phone (89019) for $ 530 700
Which way he became retired?

Edit: I asked manager of I-Phone whether he fired the player. And he answered that he really fired him. So, if there was a bug, it had to be bug of allowing firing of NT player. Now, I wait for reply whether he remember if the player was on NT roster at the moment.

It is already happening for a long time. I know some countries reported it, other cases surely go unnoticed beyond respective national communities, i don't have acces to NT managers forum but even in our countra it has already happene and we had to act promtply otherwise we wouldn't have one of our current NT players now.

Rules should be the same for everyone. As NT team only has 18 spots (and U21 brings another 18), such savings as it appears in this case bring undeserving advantage to one country. It is up to coachig staff to know when someone is in danger, it is their job as much as scouting after drafts. Best defense is having key players in stable teams long term and having playwrs who eactually cost a lot on market so sucha actions can't happen so easily in first place. If you want to have expensive players with salaries paid by foreign teams, it is a gamble which doesn't go without taking risks.

So Global forum? This is a serious issue which shouldn't be swept under carpet.

It looks like a bug, as I-phone manager has just confirmed me, that Hemmati was at Iranian roster at the moment of fire. But I was really confused by message in this thread.
So here is my apologize to BB-staff.

This won't end well as they were such attempts (and I am pretty sure some of them successful) in last several seasons. People will want to go back and re-solve some old cases.

I am quite worried about the automatic transfer listing - are you talking about six weaks of not playing or just one or what? Who will judge that? I see a potantial bug already - injuuries. I am pretty sure some non-frequent logginh managers could get in trouble without knowing how. i don't like thos approach without even a slightess mention in the rules or anywehre, those things shouldn't be considered ad hoc at all.

- A player who is not in the NT or U21 team can be fired. If a manager is doing this to sabotage the NT or U21 team, we will take action against that manager separately.

- A player who is in the NT or U21 team and is being sabotaged by their club (e.g., owner refuses to play them in any games to hurt game shape) may be transfer listed by the BBs if the owner does not correct the situation.

These 2 statements look like very bad joke for me. Probably you need to employ some BB-staff member as full time NT/U21 police.
Who will be judging whether someone is sabotaging NT or just can't play the game well (in case of too many minutes or due to new 4 days transfer rule making new monster trick with no thinking of sabotage any NT, just don't want to pay any wage)?
I think it's upon each country community to take care well of their players. Any BB-staff actions are for me unacceptable at all even if it could happen for my country. If it happens for czech player it's just my fault (as NT manager) and I don't expect any BB-staff action. And the same I expect for any other country players. To make it clear I don't recommend any manager to make any sabotage.

After all, what is a NT player? And where is the line?

Just because of that this can't work. After few seasons we could get an opposite probles of some NT coach nominating litlle playing players who he wants to get on market - which would be far worse (affecting the club play). With the structure of training I can see someone not needing to play palyers in offseason if team has no competitive games. And if you wouldn't bring no injury lasting into new season change many úpeople could be caught just by not risking their stars injured in meaningless games. Schedule si different for each team (private or nt) I can see other situations may arise, I don't like that NT is mroe than club for all cost aproach at all. I doubt decisons would be enough in dubio pro reo defending pressumptuion of innocence.

I prefer clear rules over a subjective jury any day.

A NT player is a player on the NT roster.

When?
