And less than 240 minutes per team should be a bug too.

I don't really see a problem/bug here. A WO is a WO. The minutes are meaningless, they are there only because minutes are needed for training and gameshape. There is no game, one team did not show up. The minutes need not add up. The simulation is there only for the injury risk. The design is quite clearly such that you cannot get 48 minutes for single position training (which works), and I expect everything else works as designed, too.

So you are saying the minute distribution is not according to design, right? I am trying to see where the design and the result we are seeing differs. As far as I understand the intention is to give the minutes based on positions with one limitation: 48 minutes in single position is not allowed.

It appears to be so by design, and I see no reason to change it. People complain they cannot optimize their minutes in WO games. Well, this is one tool to optimize the minutes.

What could be considered a real bug is including WO game minutes to players' career stats. I think some players could get a WO game as their career high minutes played, which is just plain wrong. No game was played, so it should not appear in the stats.

I understand what you are talking about, and I must repeat that the minute distribution appears to follow the intended design. What the line in the game report says is completely irrelevant both for the game result and the game statistics. There is no game. Showing 50 minutes for a game that never happened is not more of a bug than showing 15 minutes. If you really want a correct number, it is zero.

The fact that some minutes are needed for WO (and they are shown) is directly linked to training and gameshape updates. Can you picture the confusion of the average user if they were not shown at all? Of course, we could have empty lines for WO games and only consider the WO minutes in weekly training stats. I however think the current approach is better, since it gives everyone the chance to check the contribution from each individual game. Even better would be having no WO's.

Regarding the career stats where I considered the possibility of a bug:

I checked the season stats for your example player Mihkel Indrekson (18105910). If my calculation is correct, Indrekson has 655 minutes in regular season games (including 50 min in WO). His season total is however only 603, which suggests the WO minutes are not considered in the totals (so no bug there). The difference between 655 - 50 = 605 and 603 is due to rounding (so no bug there). On the other hand, Indrekson's best performance in minutes is currently 48 minutes (20.1.2011) which is lower than the WO game minutes (so no bug there either). Of course, the record update may be lagging but I don't think that is the case.

As far as I can tell, there is no bug whatsoever with the WO minutes. It all boils down to the minute distribution which is a design choice. If someone wants to change that, I think the correct thing to do is to indeed discuss this in Suggestions.

as minutes played, without an overtime.
that's a bug!!!

And without Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 ;-)
So even 1 minute in WO match is bug!!! ;-)
