but i will buy player monnday and fire him 3 days after i will not pay him solary even once?

If you buy player on Monday and you fire him before the next economic update, you will not pay his salary.

you may get a cheap player on monday , have him for three games and fire on Sunday, without a single bit of paying... yes, it's totally ok ;)
