I think the key is not to stress too much about whether you get promoted or not, and just concentrate on doing the best you can with what the game throws at you. It's not a fair game, anyway, and injuries aren't the worst of it. It's about doing the best you can with the challenges you face.

Yea I agree, I never did like his *everybody hates me wahwah* attitude(case in point last years finals) the whole grocery store thing was epic, haha, but in order for the heat to win they need to grow up and not let one or two losses ruin them, and also get a bench.as far as your cavs go kyre is the future and hopefully you can keep him,btw I'm a die-hard Bucks fan.

Are you checking career stats to see if the players are playing every game or are "injury prone"

I do that with guys on TL. rookies, impossible to predict though

Yeah, it's tough to really put these type of things into perspective; but yeah, I gotcha.

There's nothing worst than having a player out for weeks, and then when they're able to play, their game shape is at mediocre or inept.

(Not suggesting you do so, but) you *can* train game shape when players are injured. Their game shape won't drop nearly as much as it would otherwise.

Anyway, I'm not a fan of the way injuries are implemented in BuzzerBeater at all... but... won't get into it here.

U still gotta pay, at least some... In real life players get injured, say for a season, and teams still have to pay their salaries...

I agree that injuries can really make a difference at some pts and if u cant play him and, obviously, not practice, the physical aspect wont change either... I agree that if hes out for a week or 2, we should pay, say half... Other than that I dont see a lot of solutions, especially cuz in real life u have to..,

I like the example of Greg Oden... Although if that happened to a team in BB their coach would b pissed...

Lmao. If that happend to a BB Manager, they'd be more then pissed - that would completely destroy their morale! That would almost be funny, but awful at the same time.

Edit: Also, losing games due to injured players shouldn't have an effect on your fan survey. I feel their should be some sort of leeway given to help support the team in a time of need.
