I prefer writing in German, coz I'm sure my english isnt that good...
Oh yeah, I see. He committed 5 fouls...
How do i tell my player to commit less fouls? Coz they foul very often...

I think XP plays a large part in that.
I could also conjecture that playing a 3-2 zone with inexperienced guards would make them commit more fouls.
