There is such a jump between the ABBL and division II that most teams don't realise it. Teams win division II, promote and then get thrashed every week, the jump is huge. (Having said that I just got beaten by a promoting team the West Indies who have a much cheaper roster than me!)

Thats what you get for being complacent. You need to roll with a 1mil roster like abigfishy.

But thanks, I like my starting 5 at the moment. :)

I find it hard to take anything you say seriously with that logo of yours. I have the same problem with mllama

Right now I am stuck in no-man's land, too weak to beat teams like Fishy and Whitebeard (and apparently Windies) but also too expensive to be tanking down with Bryce and raking in the coins.

That was me last season, master Yoda. But as you know, now I gotta plan! Maybe you should consider something similar?

Well I do maybe have a plan but I really don't want to relegate from the ABBL. I will see how I can go on a bit more of a budget but I really need to get the key wins which I am not sure I am strong enough to do.

Round 2: Sharks Nibble on Calamari: 106-104

Second round is behind us, and the sharks maintain their tiny foothold against the Calamari, slightly increasing their lead from 1 to 2. The Eastern Conference fired up this week, with the Gladiator's and Home Axis nabbing the top 2 spots in comfortable wins.

Over on the West side, Koopasaurus maintains his strangle hold on the top spot, getting another big win against fellow Shark mate Urmummas. The Calamari dominate the rest of the leaderboard, holding positions 2 through 5. The only blackspot on the Calamari West's record is Mr Chumunga, who currently holds the wooden spoon.

Here's a look at the ladders:
