It also didn't help when the opposition dressed 6 players (1 of which played the bulk of his minutes after a foul out) and played a high speed offense. They got tired.

This. Playing RnG with basically 5 guys is a suicide mission.

This is another game we played a few weeks ago, he dressed 7 playest and played R&G. - (58745303)

my front line has 10-11 SB. i usually have a decsent amount of blocks, but not 20.

from my few games played FCP i think it works well vs R&G. if i know my opponent is playing FCP i will usually play LP.
