I'm all for underdog upsets. But we're not talking about a lower division team with a major upset - we're talking about a 4-man team beating a 5-man team by 20 points.
He played 5 guys, the 5th guy or lucky fan just isn't very good. But he did have 8 rebounds, 2 steals and a block in this game. Plus you let his two star players score 101 points between them. That's your bigger issue.
Think about it with an extreme example. IF the Miami Heat were playing a mid level college team and James, Wade, Bosh and their 12th man then pulled a guy out of the stands to be their 5th, wouldn't you still bet on the Heat to win that game? That's kinda what happened here.
The game engine does draw a line drawn on when a team isn't good enough to beat your team in this scenario, you just don't like where the BB makers have put that line.
His other 2 starters have $120,000 total salary, both have high gameshape and both of them scored 50 points on a high percentage. Plus he crunched (BOTs obviously don't crunch).
My top 2 starters have $114,000 in salary and game shape of strong and prominent.
MB lost by just 12 last Saturday at home with the same 4 players. The TIEvCRU was enough to win. Perhaps the score is a *little* out of control.
