So perhaps utopian trainees would cost a little less,that would be nice. BB don't need NT Utopia.

I don't really think Utopia should have normal U21/NT teams. However I do think there should be some sort of "allstar" game between the best Utopian players and the winners of the normal World's U21/NT championship winning teams. Although It may only be one game per season it would be really really fun.

This idea wouldn't intrude at all on normal U21/NT gameplay.

It would be fun with a U21 team after next years draft, I like the idea of a scrimmage team, because we need to get some competition and motivation so that this league does not completely turn out into a shopping league in 3-4 seasons. A senior team should be created later with the same purpose, perhaps after a fourth or fifth season of Utopia when the league has an improved amount of players.

I would propose that there is no U21 team for 3 seasons until the first group of 18 year olds reach 21. Even then, that will probably be a fairly weak team as the first draft class won't come through until the following season.

As for a NT, that should wait for 5-6 seasons down the road. There's no point putting together a terrible team for a few seasons.

U21 in three seasons, they will be no match for large countries but should do well against small countries .... NT the season after.

Because Utopia has a concentration of experienced and good managers you will find more young quality players coming through than other large countries. Utopia is no D-league ;)

I would just scrap Utopia as a nationality and make the draftees come from proper nations. They all get random names and I'm assuming the names will be linked to certain nationalities so why not assign them to that country.

I would also seed the draftees so that more come from low ranked nations to help the smaller countries have a chance. For example 1/6 are from the top 30, 2/6 are from 31 to 60 and 3/6 from the rest.
