For asian games, I would say it's logical to listen more to asian opinions. Even if some staff for asian NT are from elsewhere in the world, the biggest number of people watching asian games are from Asia. It wouldn't be logical to change China game time because there is 4 italian guys working for the India NT.
Delay in games are bad, but the best solution after that is to appeal to the biggest crowd or keep the normal schedule of event if there is contradicting opinions.
You've reason but also now there isn't a result: all the asians are at sleep, half an hour ago there were 20 managers logged in all Asia and now even less I think, so it can be reasonable to reschedule the matches.
