No, sem pa zvedel nekaj novega :) zivel sem v zmoti in mislil, da se vsi skilli trenirajo enako hitro (pustimo visino ob strani). Bi lahko napisal za vse skille, koliko priblizno poskocijo v enem treningu? Hvala

Vsi odgovori glede hitrosti treninga so v nitki TRENING pod prvo objavo. Meni se,zdijo zelo natančni podatki

Vzamemo met iz skoka za primer... Zakaj bi kdo treniral na položaju branilcev?

Ni nekdo zadnjič napisal, da je gre 10% treninga naključno izbrani sposobnosti? Mogoče je osebi, ki je delala ta seznam, ravno preskočila OPK...

mislim da v času ko je bila izdelana ta tabela še ni bilo križnega treninga in tistih 10% odbitka ni upoštevanega..

Jaz pa vem, da to kar drži,da se pri treningu meta iz skoka trenira tudi met pod košem ,saj sem imel že kar nekaj teh preskokov .
