Spend some time looking at the transfer list and check out players with similar skills and age as your players and see how much they sell for. That will give you an idea on how much you should sell them for.

How much does your staff cost? Maybe they're too expensive. Their salary goes up every week.

That's your problem there. I suggest firing your doctor and PR manager now and just getting basic ones. Try to find cheaper trainers under 40k salary. This is not the perfect answer/strategy but this is the answer for you for now. You need to watch these staff members because their salaries can balloon just like this if you don't pay attention.

EDIT: Before you do any of the things I said, I think it would help if you post your Economy page. If you are currently in the negative, you won't be able to buy cheaper staff. And if you fire them, you will pay a severance.

Maybe. I don't know how much debt you have. Remember you have to pay when firing them - severance fee.
