If your mistake had been to put the player in the market (instead of bidding for him), you would be glad you can buy your own player.

As you may know, listing a player on the market is a two step action, you must set a price, validate the page load and you need to validate again. It's not camparable.

I bid my own player immediately after I listed him and I didn't know how. I don't even try to, that's the point.

Perpete,

I was just brainstorming Barrote's idea and I just suggested some kind of penalty to reinforce his idea. I know that is not fare for someone who made a bid lost that player 'cause someone call the player back, however how can you talk about fairness in this case when you said before that it's OK to bid own players' cause sometimes you may want to make something to raise the bidding rate.

The point here is:
First: I don't know how I bid my own player, I just know that it happened immediately after I listed him.
Second: it don't make sense to allow users to bid own players 'cause it's something that it's not real. Don't happen in any sports management game.
And Third: Listing players is a mandatory two step action where you must define the value, validate and validate again. In my opinion that listing process is strong enough and any mistake or bad decision should be addressed to manager's responsability.

I cannot take responsabilities over what occurred to me 'cause I don't even understand how it happened.

I think I bid for my own players once or twice with my previous team because it happend to be a couple days with a big server breakdown and the prices went so low that it was a joke. I would have accepted a normal price or even a slightly below normal price, but not that low. So it made sense in the context of this game falling into pieces.

I cannot take responsabilities over what occurred to me 'cause I don't even understand how it happened.
Is that a Homer Simpson's quote?

I hope I solved the problem for now ;)
Just one note: back with my previous team I bid on my player because I changed my mind and I was very happy for this feature.

If you think to the one whom eumariogomes was talking about in this thread, then I made a bid on him. I need a low salary SF-PF.
Or if you think to the one I placed on the transfer list and I changed my mind:
I was the only bidder, so there was no problem, I bought him back.

(40769092) I accidentally made a bid on this player with my main team while i was scouting him on my cell phone

Is it against the rules if i bid again with my utopian team on this player? I cant find any specific rule in the manual
