1. As you probably know I've involved in Lithuania NT for many seasons. I can say it's my kid. I don't understand a bit this national narration "your own Poland". Ok, Poland is my country, but as I said my own kid is Lithuania NT. Should I leave my Lithuanian kid, to rescue other's kid, but Polish?

Of course, I wouldn't like to block ambitious Lithuanian managers for such many seasons...but as we decided in our staff team it's not this time yet and I should still lead Lithuania NT, so I am.

2. Eidenas is a very good player and future belongs to him (especially that he can be even better)...but he isn't the best SF in the world YET (as I know the best players also others nations). What he needs? I wouldn't like to reveal here his skills. I can say his one defence is great but the other needs to be improve. He also needs improvement in another very important for SFs skill. I'm in touch with his owner and he knows it. Anyway the main reason why he doesn't get more minutes now is stamina.

I want to add it too as his assistant. He was thinking of leaving but we have asked him to stay as we believe that it's only fair that he gets another chance to be our NT coach with assistance from us, when for example in many previous seasons he didn't have much of it.

Also we believe that to take over NT you need not only strong strategic mind but also to understand some of NT dynamics which we have a perfect chance to learn being on the side with him.

And just a question for yourself, why are you interested in Lithuanian NT?

Sure he is different player and it's valuable. Anyway I can't agree with you 100%. Generally OD is always more important than ID

1. OD causes playmaking more difficult so limit good shooting position also inside (it's a addition in comparison to ID)
2. Outside offense was artifical strenghen by BB bosses (shots are easier) and OD is even more important that it was before

Coming back to Eidenas....it's not enough to just defend action but also grab the ball. Without grabing a ball you still don't have possesion. Lack of defense is possible compensate by GDP. Lack of RB is difficult to compensate. Generally lack of RB on SF position is very painful and some minimum reguirements have to be met.

When he desided to buy Eidinas we create strategic training plan.
He started to grow quickly then I aspect.
And then I started to interested in results of your NT.
The same interest I have in France but it connects with my own player.

I believe discussing specific players and their skills' weaknesses and strengths should be done in private,but nevertheless I like that you got involved in our NT debate.

I think you know that a lot of strong team even use guards in Sf position and often they have less Rb then Eidinas.

If team would use a guard on SF position Eidenas would be destroyed with his low OD. By the way, what would be an advantage from his high ID vs guard on SF?:) As I said, Gello know what I require and I think Eidenas will be strong member of Lithuania NT soon. Increasing OD will help him for sure.
