Game 1: A starter for 36' /B backup for 12'
Game 2: B starter for 36' /C backup for 12'
Game 3: C starter for 36' /A backup for 12'

A as B as C play for 48' IF we are sure that a player is exausted after 36 min and not randomly after 36 maybe 38 or 41.

Could this be a solution?

The real problem here is that we can almost here devs thinking :

"Oh noes, too many good players are for sale way too low, let's make them rare by sabotaging the training of the older ones, thus they will be more rare and their price will go up".

BUT :

- No one pushing for a 160 TSP player will be willing to sacrifice the training of their star player : thus it is the second or third trained player who will receive incomplete training. Of course, the selling price of those players will go down, thus decreasing again the amount of money generated by teams willing to train top tier players. What will then happen to the price of said top tier players ?

- That's pushing hard for discouraging owners to train 26+ players. Why that ? They are already punished by how slow traning is when reaching those ages, but you still will have to if you want a top tier guy. Isn't it what is good for the game ? Having real stars ?

- Such a change in the middle of the season, without warning, without appearing in the news ? I have trained older players for a long time, having pulled more than 10 players for my national team, but how are we supposed to properly manage our teams is such major changes occur without being told in advance ?

I agree there's a cash shortage in the game, because good players cost 200k + a week now, and it's very difficult to get > 1 M in revenue per week. But this isn't the way to fix it.

As for myself, I have been playing in belgian top division for over 30 seasons, and I'll have to go down because I just don't have money anymore, because training isn't paying as weel as it used to, and because players' wages are way too high. And now that. That's very disappointing to say the least.

Plus this doesn't solve the problem of short roster, 3 minutes without best players is not enough and in case of short roster vs short roster the substitutes will have low skills in both cases so the final result of the match will be the same.

I also believe that the reduction of the training minutes to 40 could be a solution not only in the case of fatigue, but also so that the players who commit more fouls than normal can reach those 40 minutes of training.

Let's hope that soon we will be given an explanation of all this by the BBs.

With the new update, player with 27 yo or older will be exhausted after about 36 minutes.

They will be replaced by a substitute after the exhausted event, which means it is impossiable to train 48 minutes.

Does Marin know this before this update?

It's possible to train for 48min with a 5players-lineup (but not to be competitive).
