that may be something youre right about. maybe if there were sell on fees for the owner there would be more incentive to train and sell players you woudlnt train

i can only speak from my own experience..

my "mother club" team, could easily be in nbba or most any division, and would beat the crap out of my current team

Funny. To me, there are the few trainable draftees :)

I have taken part to 4 drafts so far and I have only been able to train 1 of my own draftees (and only as sixth trainee).
This season, out of 3 players, the best defensive skill I got (both ID or OD) was inadeguate. I surely don't want to waste my time on players like that :)

probably mediocre. I trained 2 guards with far worse outside d with success. I sold the players for 5 mil lasts season. One started with atrocious d
