If its minutes based what is better 3 games a week at 25mins each 75 (which I assume is what jbm is attempting) or 2 games at 38mins as to train over 80 gives a higher risk of GS drop.

That doesnt really make sense to me as jbm may play more games but he cant overplay his players....

So to gain experience we must play someone 48mins a game every game ruin their GS but increase experience faster?

Depends on your games. I think exp points are gathered something like this;

NT > Cup > League > Scrimmage (dunno where bb fits in, probably between NT and Cup, or it might count as cup as well).

If you play a guy 38 mins in the 2 league games, I guess the experience earned will be higher then 3 25mins games 2 league, 1 scrimmage.

Maybe there are players which earn potential faster? (learn more quickly if you want..)
Actually that realistic.. players like Lebron James for example.. and I also saw some rookies which created with lvl 2 exp.. what's the reasons ?

Anyway, I'm too have difficulty to understand that system and maybe that required some changes.. or just explanations..

I just noticed Bastias popped to strong today (or v. recently) think he started out with a higher base than atroc... but I think that all my guys have inched up in line with one another.. the NT participation is the difference i think... its not that i see them pop up but its that i dont see players not involved in the NT set up pop....(if that makes sense.

If it is coded as complexly as you suggest then its something that you just cant plan for.... i guess its like stamina and free throws... if you can get it when buying then great...

For what it's worth, looking at an old roster I have, Bastias had mediocre experience when I got him in the end of November, 2007.

I suppose the minutes per game factor is the most likely culprit - but that just seems extremely arbitrary if that is the case (especially since there is no logic as to how a player playing two games of 40 minutes would gain more experience than a player playing three games of 26.6 minutes).

However, I will blame this game (1073) for permanently scarring Oberortner, and thus preventing him from obtaining experience..

Speaking about him, is there a reasonable explanation why he has a PL game listed under season 1, when he's been drafted in season 2?

Because the last scrimmage for the season happens after the end of season batch run, so the draftees will have already been drafted before the game. Even though the game takes place after the end of season batch, it still is considered to be in the previous season as the new season starts with a new week. End of season batch processing normally takes place on a Sunday/Monday, so after everything completes on Tuesday we are still technically waiting for the week to complete before the next season starts.

Actually, "drafted in season 2" means he was picked in the draft that took place in the end of season 2, so there is absolutely no way he played in season 1
