After reading through the responses, I lean towards no. However, some have suggested Plan B with the extra being exclusive to homegrown players. That idea sounds interesting.

I am assuming you start with 1v1F until 18? How do you achieve 140TSP by 24-25, what is the training order?

In summary, I would say that if at all plan B should be pursued, since it is the lowest common denominator and will help homegrown teams a lot for more more opportunities.
