It is very simple. We make the section a little bit more visibile (again we could have made it way more visibile that what it is now if our sole intention was to get more clicks) in order for more people to notice it. I do not think it is a big deal and an enourmous change.

It is clear that we want more people to see this section that can help us in improving the game, I do not thing there is a need to specify this or every minor (cosmetic) move made.

The fact is to try to see that in a positive manner and not only in a way to see us as greedy and that want to make as more money as possible without listening to the users or improve the game, because this is not our objective as stated multiple times.

In the future we will try to highlight this more, clearly there are some urgent things like the checkout page that needed to be changed as soon as possible due to the reasons I explained above.

Buzzerbeater is a game that suffers from high survivorship bias

"concentrating on entities that passed a selection process while overlooking those that did not. This can lead to incorrect conclusions because of incomplete data."

And we, the current users are that entity that passed, so just because BB is still alive somehow does not mean we have the right to put a block and highly criticize every new managements step, as we are not the ones who saved this game, we are just the users that remained in this game. What about the users who left/are leaving? There is a reason for that. The management can and should make the game more appealing to a wider audience, and there are changes that are probably going to.be uncomfortable for the current audience.

I understand that people are highly attentive and a bit anxious about the new management, but being up their ass in every single move they make and question their motives is counter productive. You are not helping and what you are doing is not constructive criticism.

This reasoning reminded me of some infamous political leaders who were happy with the covid outbreak because it would cause a relief in their pensions/retirement systems

The first thing you need to fix is the season opener. It shouldn't feel like winning a lottery to get the first game of the season at home. But that is what it feels like. Everybody pays salaries on the Monday and then have to prey that get a Saturday home game, if you don't, you have to pat salaries again. STUPID!! Have the first game of the season on the Thursday, there are no cup games on that day. Everyone will start the first week with a home game, just like the last week of the season.

Good luck!!

Latvia is not included in the list we provided and it is €10.99 (same as before) not €28.00

Spain has the same price increase like Italy and France because they are comparable and also in all the other subscription services around the world have the same price (Spotify, Netflix etc.).

Again, if we wanted to make more money we would have increased the prices in ALL the countries not in seven.

We would also have increased the prices especially in USA where we have most of our supporter subscriptions.

We are being more transparent and honest as we can, but if you want to see every move we make as a dishonest and not transparent you are free to think it, but this not the truth

As a new owner one might expect you'd take some time before making changes. One might even expect the first change to be an improvement of some sort. Certainly one would not expect the first change to be something that would obviously not be well received.

Might it not have been better to give us something before charging more?
