That player is incredible. Such defence is very rare on a 21 year old. However we need two way players and he will need a way to contribute in offence. I would think the rest of the season needs to have an offensive focus. IS to become a PF, could get four pops but the rebounding will still be an issue and the ID will be too low. Better to work on his JS, four pops there and he would be a handy guard with great secondaries, even a SF. A pity about the PA.

Perfect height for a SF.

Woildnt hurt to work on his IS as you suggested with a couple of pops in rebounding. Gaurds are a dime a dozen. Turn him into a SF

Sent him a message saying the same sort of thing. With his JR he will never be a big outside threat. IF his ID was 11 or 12 and IS got to that sort of level as well and RB got up to 10 he would be a good inside focused SF who can cover who ever they throw at him.

I really like SFs and this player has all the potentials.

If he is needed as a key player for next years under 21s then he also needs about 3 weeks of stamina training.

I strongly believe that we should not be starting any player with pitiful or worse stamina in under 21s.

To have pitiful and play as a backup is not as bad, but definately not as a starter.

Another thing is the whole discussion about what training this "future under 21 player" is to receive should be by BBmail, a Australian only conference or on the offsite forum.

Wish Ryder or Williams was 196 or 198cm

I did send a bbmail to the coach in question. Funny thing he was my number 1 pick in the draft but I ended up with my 1nd pick that season :(

Well done to all out managers.
We have 7 players with prof gameshape, 6 with strong and one player in resp. If we can keep this up we could take out this championship. Other teams have a few issues.
Good work guys.

Stone the manager who failed the team by allowing their player to have only respectable game shape.

Just not good enough
