yes, this has been asserted many times, although I'm not sure there is a really authoritative statement from a BB about it.

the statement, is in the rules:

Which version of OO is needed?

My older version was Open Office 2.4 and the sheet did not work. With 3.11 everything is fine now, I suppose you will need at least Version 3.

Cheers, Exos

If I read it correctly, the rules there confirm what Juicepats said, but don't mention that other claim that repeating a training several times will make it slower regardless of all other factors. I hope I got this right now.

i think it is a logical thing that training something several times will make the training slower, becausethe proportion betwenn trained skills and coneected skills will get worser after each training.

But i startet training with player like JS inept and Jump Range respectable, so i make sense to train a lot of Jumpshot without training JR even if the "bonus" is reducing every time i train Jumpshot Jumprange training works still with less efficiency.

If a skill is lagging behind, and you train it several times, there's no slowdown based only on the number of times something is trained.

Training one skill over and over to be well above and beyond other trainings will definitely slow training down.

Oks i supposed u will do that.

Anyway about the excel congratulations for your job, by the way i just put some information of my team and checked several things to try to understand how i can improve my team in generall. I know its really early, but i always liked more the practice than the theory and at this moment i really dont know how i can applicate all that information to my team.
