Thanks for the post, It really cleared some (a lot) of things :D
But something isn't "THAT" clear...

Balanced training, in my opinion, is one of the most underrated aspects of BuzzerBeater. I firmly believe that if your main skills for a player are pretty close to each other, their training will show a marked rise in efficiency. Train one skill to legendary while everything else is at strong, and you're asking for trouble.

By Main Skills, you mean for example... All perimeer skills for a guard? Or only the "main main skills"?

He means that for example a C has 16 on rebs but 10 on ID/IS. Guards main main skills are JS/OD/JR, but passing is very important handling as well. If for example you have 1 player with 15JS 10OD 8JR, then his development is slowing down, slower than lets say someone with 13-11-10

Thanks man, understood now.
The bad thing is that I'll have to re-organize my training plan.
Best regards.

Well cap doesnt mean that a player will max out on certain lvl of a specific skill. Its the combination of them. http://rapidshare.com/files/227847785/BB_Salary_Calculato... Using that salary calculator you will get an idea about the skills/salary. Allstar potential soft cap is around 65k. You can use many combination of skills to go there.
