"As the NT manager I vow to continue to make many spelling mistakes and win alot of games"

I have to admit, you are pretty good at this.

Anyhow, a question from me. Your player Maja is probably going to be on the team at some point (maybe this season?). How are you going to make unbiased decisions regarding his playing time?

I will answer the question first. Without a doubt, my NT team would revolve around Stavridis. Just going on name value, he is clearly better than any other Canadian player.

With the majority of Canadian NT players builds on the off-site forum it is going to be pretty straight forward who is playing and why. Maja was a late season call up and seemed to hold his own in the couple of games he was part of. I would anticipate that he could very well be part of the team but not without making sure it is warranted. Part of that process would be to have a very open and candid discussion with any and all followers of the NT.

Now it is my turn to ask you a question...

What motivates you? And what is your beverage of choice?

Chai Tea. That is in fact what I am drinking right now. And it goes with my overall theme of being lame.

What motivates you?

In real life, my two year old daughter. In BB, it is usually the training update that does it for me the most.

Now your turn to answer your own questions.

I will probably be giving my vote to beanerz. On a previous sports MMORPG site that we both played he owned a team that was extremely successful and made it to the highest ranked league.

Apologies to the other candidates for my bias.

The greatest of all time.

Does Chai Tea make you lame? I really enjoy a Chai tea or latte ever once in awhile, guess I may be lame too. I am also a real fan of Captain Morgans and giner ale, otherwise it is mostly water. You know trying to keep my skin health and drink the recomended intake, most days feel like my eyes are floating.

What motivates you?

In BB the only real things are winning and the training updates.

Real life would be my kids, a two year old girl and a 5 year old boy. And work, I have a very cool job in a sports industry so it is easy to be motivated.

HPP this is fun, wouldn't you say? Seems less like a debate and more like bonding. It is great to get to know you :)

]You disgust me with your show of good faith and overall positive outlook.

whoa there i hope that was sarcasm >_< I vow as NT manager to take the best 2 out of every position instead of the best 10 Canadian players I am taking the top 2 of each position as then the team will have more balance and hopefully get rid of some weak spots we have

oh and im changing my vote from head paper pusher to GM-Beanerz

This is exactly why you have to be careful with a joke candidacy. You shouldn't have to be careful but you do...

You mean that people vote without reading the debate thread? I am shocked. Well, maybe that's because the debate has never been so interesting.

In any case, nothing to be worried about. If I win, I promise that I will match my performance from my last U21 tenure... Which is to say that I will set the program back about 2-3 seasons.

It definitely brings down your "man" coefficient. I can tell you that if I mention Chai tea while watching football with my buddies that it would not go over well.

I am also a real fan of Captain Morgans and giner ale, otherwise it is mostly water. You know trying to keep my skin health and drink the recomended intake, most days feel like my eyes are floating.

Captain Morgans probably scores you some "man" points. But don't believe that crap about water. You only need to drink when you are thirsty. Drinking 6 litres of water a day just makes you pee more and has no other health benefits. At least, that's what I hear. Next week some other study will come out saying the exact opposite, I am sure.

No, this is crap. I don't think you are tough enough to be the NT manager. You do not get the same level of hatred for your opponents that I have. We need someone tough, who can go into the corners and come out with the puck. Who can drop the gloves and still score that timely goal for you. You know, someone who can penalty kill and also be on the power play.

Wait, what were we talking about again?
