so they should, this is one very confident fish, if i get the job i will hit it for 6

hey thor - did you know your movie is coming out this week and it looks awesome?

i think the best thing is if the candidates LA-L James, U21-DavidM, Thor and I all promose that whoever wins the others will stick around and help, be the assistants and learn the players, the nation and help, hopefully also train a player although they can be hard to find

so i can't speak for the others but i promise, unless a total fool wins the election, that i will stick around and be an assistant

i also promise that if i win i will be happy to have LA-L James, U21-DavidM, Thor and waxman as my assistants and that we will try discuss all things related to the team and try to work together, we can each have specific responsibilities and powers

after all it will be more fun to have our international community of barbados supporters and better for barbados to have a variety of opinions expressed

has anyone ever read the book hitler vs churchill? it is a book about management styles, hitler surrounded himself with yes men and anyone who disagreed was shot
invade poland? great idea fuhrer
holocaust? wonderful
invade russia? brilliant

whereas churchill surrounded himself with his fiercest critics, men who would argue with everything he said, in the end he still had the final say but before he went ahead with any plan he at least heard all the pitfalls and alternatives and if he could convince them then he knew it was right

and we all know how the war went...

have already aggreed on that, more than happy to assist in any way.

my main concern is how active the users are. So far i have established that there is life in the waxman,madaruba and Francois' zone...
what we really need to do is trying to make clear that an organised U21 team will lead to a strong NT thus will help the Barbadians managers.

answer: Starting five:Reidy (or Golding) as play; they are young, with good potential; they can grow up. Barnes as guard; he has a good potential, and is only 18.Arkless as AP, i think nowadays it's the strongest U21 player; Marlin and Molloy as center. One is more complete, the other will be strong in future.

what will be the first thing you do if you get this job?
Answer:Inform about local players and recluting for scouting, especially 18

who will win the nba finals and why?
Answer I think a very good team is Chicago. Bulls can return to win, the team is complete, Rose is very strong

1. I haven't made my 100% starting 5 now, like the man above me said you'll heft to wait ;)

2. Probably finding good prospects to safe and create list over the best 18-19 year old players that many managers can train, I will contact the best players owners and check their status for their player, and many other things.

3. Miami all the way! Why? Because when you have LeBron, Wade and Bosh and the other guys it's just basic ;)

Edit:Aha, I understand now.

Well, you know me for a while waxman, we speak a lot by messages for some time now.
Like I said, i want to reach with this country top 50 in the BB World.
You can see my plan in speech, but the plan will take at least 3 seasons.
I am interested in Barbados since season 14, i have just discovered the forum some weeks ago( ).
As for other managers, they just came in the election time

And p.s. me and my family are going in Barbados next week on thursday for holidays(1 week), again
