I am just saying that I see players spending $2,000,000 on a level 7 trainer. I hope they feel satisfied when they get one extra pop every 5 seasons from them.

Its even funnier when they spend 2m on a 19yo never trained "hall of famer" or "all time great" who could never reach his potential even with a level 7 trainer.
And my sides split when they give their trainees less than 48+

for the extra level of trainer you have to ask yourself, how will i get back his higher fee/salary?

i guess the most convincing answer would be if you are going to train SF/PFs properly, especially if you cant find / afford the kind of rookie you need to start with, as these need a lot more training time vs other positions

or otherwise if your existence is dedicated to churning out U21 beasts...

i guess if i had a massive arena, was in the top league and was happy mid table then id be tempted to get a level 7 trainer. but only because i have an ↑ addiction!

but those 2m are quite rare for 19yo, but yes you could pay up to 1 mio still for 19 year old and with patient you max them out ;) Or at least get them at the level above the MVP(because Recordplayer potential could be quite high, i thought my 29yo "trainee" was capped, but the last two weeks he got 2 up and i believe the passing one wasn't that late)

well, I think it's worth it. If you actually want to shape your players, and your team you should buy level 6,7 coach. I've had every season I've played this game, and got some really nice players. I mean, as opposed to constantly buying 30 yo overpriced players, that only have a couple of seasons left, you cap 6 or 7 players in 4-5 seasons, and become a great team:)
