They won't get an advantage becouse as I said only if both coaches are live and agree to do so it will be used.

But they get advantage in comparison to other teams in league. Because in this way you can better control and optimize minutes, and therefore form and training in club should be better.

Regardless of whether this is a good suggestion or not it doesnt seem even a possibility. This would take a total reinvention of the GE and is a suggestion only for those who know very little about programming. This idea falls under the catagory of 'Gee, wouldnt it be great if......', like 'Gee, wouldnt it be great if they could combine BB with NBA Live so you could manage the team like BB, then play the games like NBA Live'. Yes, this would be awesome, however it is never going to happen.

Actually some people I know have put their teams into NBA live and played games, just for fun but it is interesting.

I get what you are saying, it just seems opportunistic and rediculously unfair to consider the Lakers loss to the Mavs as proof that the Lakers are soft or unable to win when it counts. Anyone not born this year knows that is simply untrue. No team wins it all every year.
