You're not advertising, you're letting Facebook advertise. A billboard lets a company advertise when it sells its space, as does a newspaper, as does the side of a bus.

If the logo is on this site, then Facebook is advertising on this site. It even goes a step further and links to Facebook while allowing Facebook to collect personal information. That directly violates the terms of the Supporter agreement.
