According to my guesstimation your player has just about entered the range for when it's plausible for him to be capped. But you can probably get at least 3-4 pops from him.

Also, i trained a 6'3 and a 6'6 player in ID for 11 weeks last season. 6'3 popped 4 times in ID and the 6'6 popped 5. Both were 18 and I have a lvl 5 trainer.

According to a training planner, is is not capped for 4 pops. The thing is though ive gone 5 weeks of single position training without a pop (lvl 6 trainer.) 3 weeks were passing, and 2 were one on one for one on one for forward.

It's highly likely that he at least has hit the soft cap. And not completely out of the question that he has hit the hard cap.

I don't know which training planner you are using. But by applying Josef Ka's coeffecients table(188524.1) on your player it indicates that it's possible for your player to be capped. It may not be 100% accurate but I've found his data to be fairly solid after having tested it.

One of our managers has been training Rebounding for his guards (20y old and 183 cm; 19y old and 185 cm). One of them popped in second of four weeks of training (probably had high sublevel). The other didn't pop in those four weeks.

On the other hand, I'v seen 220 cm and 19y olds pop in RB 5-7 times in 9 weeks of training RB. Height makes such a difference it's not even funny.
