To all the Candidates, two questions:

1) What have you acheived in your BB career that gives you an advantage over the other Candidates?

2) What do you see as the main function of the U21 Manager? Further, are there other aspects to the role where you feel you would perform better than other Candidates, if so, why?

1. Well so far for me the most advantage over the other candidates is that I have 3 U21 NT players in my squad from 3 different countries and reaching the top 32 team in the Tall Blacks cup.

2. It depends on what you mean by the main function but anyway my main function would be other managers and cooperation. The main aspect I think why I would perform better is that I would be online on NZ game nights and I would be able to talk to most managers about their players and what they are training on.

Cheers,

Another one to all candidates:

How will you keep other managers informed? (eg. offsite)

Offsite is 1 another would be BB-mail or in chat during the game.

Will you help the manager that have a player that is worth being in the NT, and HOW?

Off course I would because NZ is a small country in BB and every player we have is a gem and would help any manager train their players to becoming superstars for NZ. How would give the manager training tips and other advise for having a future NT prospect.

The difference between a good and bad season for a small team like ours usually comes down to one game, whether its losing a game we should of won or winning one that we had no right to. do you think you can tactically win the tight ones?

With the current roster, the help of all managers, scouting opponents and playing a tactical game it is always possible to win close games but I can't guarantee we will always win the tight ones their are countries that can surprise and disappoint but I ain't saying I will disappoint but their will always be a surprise very time.

I've made it to the NZBL which the others havent. I usually (every season except last) do well with a salary below the average salary, which is what we're usually up against
2) What do you see as the main function of the U21 Manager? Further, are there other aspects to the role where you feel you would perform better than other Candidates, if so, why?
I see the main function as being able to win games. That entails informing owners about training, keeping the community alive and having the best game/enth strategy. I think my experience in BB is my greatest asset compared to the other candidates

Offsite when it gets sorted and also by BB mail. I'm fairly active in the forums so that will be another way.

I would definately help, I think staying in touch with the owners is the best way.
Whether it be by BBmail or forums (offsite & onsite)
