In lowest division you do not need higher salaries than the floor. You will win it easily anyway. Can still be worth keeping players that will be good enough in higher league and bring in some cheap old players for a small sum to cover up other spots. I would for sure do so. Selling all players that you do not train might not save you much money but is probably also a good idea.

For sure you have $10000 left to invest in the draft each week then and that it probably enough to spend.

Some advice? Trim your roster down to the bare minimum (floor salary) and make as much $$$$$$$ as you can. There's no need to blow BOT's away with a bloated roster and you can always buy players when you promote after the season.

You can train your players out of position, if you want to give your players secondaries or even start with SF-trainees this would be the best time.

Thanks for all the ideas everyone. I'm going to see about earning some dinero by selling my #1 draft pick, but if no one buys him I think it will be fun to watch him develop into my best player over the course of the next couple years. He is a SF so I'd be able to train him every week and alternate between training my guards and big men along with him as I focus on his various skills.

He would be a great cornerstone for your franchise for years to come. Good luck!

P.s.: cut down your roster to 11 players. You dont need more,

Make sure you bring in new trainable players if you sell your talent. There are no huge money in training but it is a waste to not train players efficiently in a league where you win all matches easily. But keep your salaries close to salary flow in your league is for sure a good idea. Might not even be worth having such high salaries. Just make sure to not let valuable players loose in value during a season in bot league.
