My bigs are like Shaq man, they use luck to get their free throws. I can't depend on luck everyday can't I?

aww man. Ok.

I'm training Coleman and Delong. Doing FT this week cause my Bigs just can't make a free throw. So trying to get a lot of pops.

Question: WHY does FT train slow? I need the pops!

your right but I'm not sure anyone can trust what you say anymore after you stated the NT manager (who plays in the NBBA) didn't know what he was doing and said you (Who is still in V. league) could have done a better job by playing FCP and R&G against China.

Right on man. Hey, never seen you in a while! welcome back! Anyways baically you train FT and Stamina in short weeks like these:


First Wek of Season (depends if you had that Sunday Game. If you did it's fulll training If I'm correct)
All-Star Break (short week unless you're still in the cup.)
Playoffs (If you I wasn't in it, I'd do Stamina all the way!)

Precisely, although if you're normally one position training and you're satisfied with your players' stamina and free throws at the time, you can use that as a two-position week (e.g. one on one or rebounding).
