Here is the exact message I get:

The proposed expansion would exceed the maximum number of seats per type (30000 bleachers, 10000 lower tier seats, 500 courtside seats and 50 luxury boxes).

But I never exceeded any of those limits...

Hi, i'm sorry for disturbing, but i've got a problem, because i'm not able to enlarge the building.
When I try to do that the system give me a message in which he says that i can't enlarge because my building is too big, but i've got 10150 standing and i want to enlarge of 150 and the limit is about 30000?
Someone can help me? What can i do?

same problem here. i am trying to build 100 more bleachers and 25 lower tier seats and i get an error.

Hello, I` ve got the same problem as others, i can not expand my arena. Please fix this problem asap, many of us want to expand our arena in offseason.
