on the one hand I am American, just living here.
On the other hand a good % of Japanese men spend 10% of their life drunk 10% sleeping and the other 80% so hopped up on nicotine and caffeine they can't tell they are hungover, overworked and sleepdeprived.

Probably the 10% drunk is because you see them like this when you are drunk, it's possible?
Here we see a lot of Americans and Australians drunk but once again I've never seen any japanese drunk
