DarykJozef or however you say his name used to be homegrown entirely at one point. he's got as high as Usa D. II with it.

My Team consits of 9 (former) U21 players. 9 (7 ex-nt-players) of my players are from my own franchise (starting roster or drafted)

I have 3 players home grown, and 1 that I bought the first week after he was drafted.

I started this season with this 4 players in my 10 man rotation.

I drafted another trainee that I started to train this season.

So in 4,5 seasons I hope that 5 of my 10 man rotation will be home grown.

Only in the dark, we succeed!

Very few team has full homegrown status but who has have my respect. I got only 2 guys that are homegrown, another of them are in the NT. but I got full roster of players from my home country and I think that is pretty cool :) while I'm ranked 66 in the world right now but the highest I have reached is around 50. But I know its easier when you come from smaller country :)

I'm surprised no one has mentioned I'll Replace You With Machines. They are a decently successful D.lll team with ALL drafted players. I believe he had a perfect 22-0 season last season as well.
