My guy isn't as special as he looks from the outside, but I think I'll try to give him some minutes. Who knows how this potential stuff is going to change the transfer market...

I was able to snag two pretty good guard trainees and one scrub. The #2 in the draft (my 1st rounder) is already 19, but he's a well-rounded player who should improve quite a bit with some solid training minutes. My 2nd round pick has few offensive skills right now, but should be ok with time.

My draftees didn't come from here but since no one has talked in months in my old II conference here goes:
I got 3 18 year olds which is a first. The first round pick is a decent SG prospect with a 5k salary and all start potential. He will be on the transfer list to help finance the purchase of a center as will the second round pick a 3k salary SG with all start potential. The third round pick is short guy with a big man skill and a short man skill and little potential.

Yes. Seen a few HOFers. Here is one with all-time great potential.

I looked through every England draftee that went to an active team and with a salary greater than $3000, and I did not see one all-time great. There were a good number of HOFers.
