Im pretty sure the draft in this new system is very bad for national team.

But the league is perfect for clubs

Finally, i don't know if it's good for clubs too...

This is active users per country in Africa :

Al Jazair = 4
Senegal = 9
South Africa = 13
Nigeria = 10
Al Maghrib = 9
Ghana = 7
Misr = 4
Tounes = 3

Its 59 teams. So we can complete 3 League +1 league with 11 team.
(Don't forget many team sign up and never come back into buzzerbeater)

When we know the big gap between teams, what is the objective of this ?

i think the idea is good, but we don't have enough team to do it. Maybe im wrong. If one BB can come and explain more things about it.

I first explained my position 3 years ago and repeated several times:

Hello,
In the debate about the second team, some managers of African 'micro-nations' complained of the lack of competition in their respective championship.
Thus I had an idea to solve this problem. Here is my proposal:
Would it be possible to replace the national tournament by an African clubs tournament?
This would provide a tougher competition while maintaining the identity of each nation.
The other advantage is that there would be enough teams in this tournament to reach the end of the season.
For example, the current tournament's final in South Africa takes place the week before the ASG, which is too early compared to larger communities.
I am sure that it would be an attractive and competitive tournament for all African managers.
Do not hesitate to leave any comments or suggestions about this thread.
Then it would be great if the game's admins could give their opinion on the feasibility. Thanks. ;)

I really like the nicknames feature. Sometimes the people forget that this is a game.

And if nothing was done there would still be less teams. So, going to be difficult to tell with such a small sample size of teams.

No it wasn't the idea. I proposed it to get a more competitive tournament while keeping our domestic championship and identity. As too often those who shout loudest because in larger number have imposed their choice. Finally the decision was taken without the people most directly concerned having been heard.. :(
