Nice player There could be two ways to bring him to NT.
The first one, the longer one and the most difficult, is to give him inside shot for a long time, The goal could be at least 14 on IS. Then training him on outside defense, to 20 OD.
This plan would make him reach skills that lack in NT, but it would keep him playing center for a long time.

The second way could be to make him strong on outside offense. He could be trained first to 20 outside defense, then be trained on jump range to 17 or 18.
This plan is easyer, but it would give him high salary

Thanks!

Right now I train him in IS and RB. But maybe I should just train him in IS?

When he reaches 14 in IS, I switch to OD to 20?

Don't train rebounding on guards. It eats up the cap fast and gives a higher salary. Many managers are looking for low rb (1-2) when training pg/sg in order to maximize the number of outside skills. IS still 20+ for the top guards of course.

Smars is right, your player already has high rebound for a guard. More rebound would reduce his cap and increase his salary.

Glad to read you'll keep on training IS. The goal will depend on how fast he grows. If 14 IS comes fast, why not reaching 15 or 16 IS.
I propose you to finish with training outside defense because it'll make him play point guard. Also IS will increase really slower when he will be 25 yo, because he is quite small

Okay. Then I change directly to IS. And stops train RB.

Should I only train IS now? Or should I alternate between IS and OD and maybe something else?

Because of its size, it's best to train IS as early as possible.
Then it will be easier and faster to train OD later than IS.
So the best would be to train him only IS first, then OD

Frank Gilltorp (49201431) with his 21 OD is an interesting prospect for NT

Peter Rosstål (49499767) needs 1,5 or 2 seasons of 1vs1 forwards. Then to finish him with OD (20), passing and SR.
With this plan he will become a top player for swedish NT

It depends on how fast IS grows.
We can try 14 IS at least and 16 IS if possible.
On OD he will need 20
