1. expand arena. Focus on courtside and luxury boxes
2. Grow your local talent. Fans love local talent. If they get call up for NT, your jersey will sell.
3. Win games of course..
4. If you have extra cash, can invest in arena designer those arena 4million dollar.
If you may, upgrade your courtside and Luxury Boxes to 500 and 50.
Reason is this is the max you can have. Fans will not drop too much even you lose games.
I remeber a wise man told me, for bleacher and lower tier seat, you can expand as much as you want. However, the X number of fans is fixed. Meaning if all the fans manage to sit in your arena, there isnt a point to continue expand.
