It's not popping at all, I mean after 3 seasons in NT, my player got one pop, like all his teammates, who aren't in a NT. And I think it is unfair this way, becouse there is no bonus for the player, neither is there something for the tem.

NT games give experience, and there's no downside.

It is far from nothing what every manager invests to his NT player.. it is also highly logical that NT matches counts the most (with BBB matches) and league matches counts less... but it´s reversed!

And they do that by their own free will. I guess it also doesn't hurt them that having better players allows them to perform better in their respective leagues and tournaments.

I am also very curious how you're able to judge that "it's reversed" with such certainty, when very little, if anything, is known about how experience is assigned.

I speak for many managers who feel it in the same way and I can add my own results acquired as a 3 seasons national team coach who record every change in skills of my players for this long time... on the other hand, you have nothing but your opinion, only BB´s know The Truth. I respect you as a great NT coach and helpful GM, but I cannot agree with you at this point.
