the way you said 'no?' after a sentence i am guessing english isnt your first language.

Well, you are right about that...

I think it means that whatever staff you have now, they will be replaced with the equivalent - well that's the way i read it.

Afert some thinking - that's actually way more logical...

Afternoon? I guess Italy its not that far away from germany. But it must be the reason why my "nonna" don't get to the telephone, when I'm callin her in the evening. ;)
