Let's concede that this figure is accurate.
It implies that 79% of the drops were greater than .02. How greater? We don't know.


I think (do not quote this as gospel) that this implies that 79% of players did not drop from the maximum highest level.

That is not at all how I interpreted the News item. Let's see it again:
You might see a large number of stamina drops for players who were in proficient (9) stamina, but these drops were only very tiny; a check of the database shows that 21% of players on human-controlled teams who dropped a level in stamina in fact only dropped 0.02 of a level or under

To me that says that 79% of the human-controlled players who dropped a level in stamina dropped a percentage greater than 2% of a level of stamina.

Fact is, if I have players dropping a level in stamina while I'm training stamina, then there is a drop exponentially greater than 2% on that player.

Perhaps you're right - it's not something I can say either way with any degree of certainty.

Hell, I trained stamina and had 4 guys drop.
