Ok, I see. So I will firstly do some more ID, then switch to OD which is only 5 atm. Maybe getting OD up to 10-11 next season and then switch for JR.

Thanks for the input guy's!

I am trying as his OD and ID are a bit weak and will need to focus on them... :)

I really hope my SF trainee will be close to yours in his 20s...can you tell me if your trainee was better or worse than him at this stage (except for RB of course...)?

I only got him towards the end of last season but I would say it's about the same because you still have a full season to train him. I can see JS and JR will get a few more pops as long as you train him this season. This a good trainee and good luck on training him:)

My 18yo French PF is 6' 8" and has good secondaries - 6/6/3/6/6/7 and 6/6/4/6. I know his rebounding isn't the best, and neither is his OD, but what do you think?

Sounds like a very good young player. No atrocious stats. As long as he has some potential he could be trained to be very good multiskilled player. I maybe would first start with his outside skills on this first season. Maybe 4 weeks of 1on1 (Forwards) to get couple DR & HN pops. Then maybe some OD for 2-3 weeks.
