This guy seems to meet the criteria for someone who you'd track, although I'm still working on getting a decent trainer in place. Just got him in the draft, though I'm sure you're flooded with people wanting you to grade their guys.

I'll be raising his stamina, and would take suggestions on where else to train; otherwise, I'll probably just train him to be a scorer.

That's a great prospect. Are you one position training? I'd definitely one position train his OD up to respectable, bump his handling to strong (and probably get a pop in driving out of it) and then keep pushing OD for the rest of the season before moving on to round things out. The sooner you can improve his OD the better.

Alternatively I would put him up on the market where you'd probably get a fair amount of cash for a player like him.

Can anyone clarify for me the rules about posting in the forums about players on the transfer list or about to go on it? I have 2 players (both bigs) that have potential to be on the u21 in a few years, and it'd be nice to get them to Canadian managers.

It is pretty simply, actually. If they are on the NT or the U21 plus they are on the transfer list, then a transfer ad in the Canadian forum is allowed. I believe that only the NT and/or U21 manager is allowed to post it, though. On that point you may want to ask a GM.

So to sum up, since your player is not on the U21 or the NT at the moment, no transfer ad is allowed.
