Can anyone clarify for me the rules about posting in the forums about players on the transfer list or about to go on it? I have 2 players (both bigs) that have potential to be on the u21 in a few years, and it'd be nice to get them to Canadian managers.

It is pretty simply, actually. If they are on the NT or the U21 plus they are on the transfer list, then a transfer ad in the Canadian forum is allowed. I believe that only the NT and/or U21 manager is allowed to post it, though. On that point you may want to ask a GM.

So to sum up, since your player is not on the U21 or the NT at the moment, no transfer ad is allowed.

The good news is that passing trains fairly fast.
