HA 11 is enough for me for every one.

I agree .

My idea when i train one player 1st is to make him useful as soon as it possible. That means that he must able to shoot and D. Everything else is coming after.

Again I agree especially about training the other skills later, as those skills train faster than JS/OD (passing, handling, driving).


Also something that trainers tend to overlook, is that low JR or any other skill that is on the training cycle being low will slow down the training speed in general.

Do you think the effect of one skill being lower than the other is worth breaking the cycle to increase it to near the same level as the others?

Try not have more than 2-3 skills deferential and you will not experience that affect.

Well being big men trainer for a long time my advice is to train IS. He can be nice C, i like his passing, but i love balanced players, and he is not right now.
