Dzięki za pomoc. I jeszcze jedno pytanie, czy gdy trenuję presję to wskoczy też inna umiejętność oprócz obrony na dystansie? Bo tam pisze, że tak. Fajnie, by było gdyby mój jeden grajek zaliczył dwa , lub trzy skoki :D.

Zerknij kilka(naście) postów wcześniej i znajdziesz. Sam dwa posty dalej od tłumaczeń pisałeś coś więc na pewno widziałeś wklejane tłumaczenia.

mam takie pytanko chce poprawić trochę mojemu PG obronę na dystansie ale nie wiem co lepiej trenować presje czy jeden na jednego żeby też inne trochę poćwiczył. Ale ogólnie chodzi mi o to czy jak będę trenował presję to przyniesie lepsze skutki niż jeden na jednego czy będzie tak samo?
