So, how did everyone do in their game last? Cause I beat the #2 team in the other division. They're ranked like 350 in the country, and I'm ranked 1004. I'm so excited. My team is going for a playoff run!

I lost 82-80 vs the only undefeated team left in my division. A team who relegated from D. IV last season They got 5 players on the level or better than my best player. I played TIE, Low Post with a 2-3 zone. They were Normal, Low Post, M2M.

My team hit a 3 to make it 81-80 with 3 seconds left, but they were able to run the clock out enough to not allow time for a last shot by my team. Maffezzoni had a turnover, but didn't get credited a turnover, with around 13 seconds left, when I was down 79-77. Maffezzoni also shot 1-7 at the FT line... in a game, where with 2 or 3 seconds left... I feel like. hitting 1 of those FT is the OT game my team needed, 2 obviously the victory.

But yeah. Put my team into perspective. I'm goo enough to Relegate from D. IV, but not good enough to stay in D. IV

Anyone can relegate from a league :)

but not good enough to stay in D. IV

thats not true at all. You pointed it out already. They played a normal and you TIEd and the difference was a mere 2 points. You had more REB(Offensive, defensive and total), more assists, more steals, blocks, and less fouls. You also missed 11 FTs to your opponents one missed free throw. So there is an easy to fix problem there :)

Even if you arent convinced, then that means you werent godd enough to stay in Div IV in Muffin Mens league from last season. Every DIV league is different. You can land in a strong one(IV.10) and get crushed like a bug, an easy one where you can challenge for a PO spot in your first season or an average one where you can win a relegation series.

I personally think you would be fine in div. IV.

Damn, thats crazy u were running TIE against the top team. What was that all about? U thought u were gonna lose anyway? If u had it on normal u wouldve beaten a, technically, better team... Good job nonetheless...

My very next game is against the 14-1 team in MY side of the league. them I am not TIE.

I felt 2 normals in a row wouldn't be adviseable, so picked which team I felt I needed the Normal/CT on more.

But yeah. I TIE every game... if I can. EVERY game...
Edit: both of them were in D. IV last season too

idk how all of you are approaching the draft but i would just like to offer some advice to you. Personally I think the best strategy for tackling the draft is to do scouting combine to start which allows you to narrow down the players you want to scout more efficiently. it also knocks out about half of the draft who are 19.
when you know the players age and height it is easier to find the good players

of course if you already do that I apologize for expecting so little out of you guys lol

I was thinking about doing the scout combined and the group demo, is that a good idea or spend too much and wont have enough to scout other guys?

Last season I found great prospects that were initially 1-2ball, so made me think that (since Ill have one of the last picks and there are a bunch of new teams) I might be able to snag a good prospect that other ppl didnt see. Seems to me that the initial guess is completely off almost every time...

Second Team:
Ric Flair Drippers
85-90k a week, gonna hopefully increase to 95k if I get the luxuries right, now Ima be saving up cash to get a guard better than Johnson and Krguer combined. I want to get some shooting or point guard better than Catandil to give me a 3 PT shooter and hoepfully I can win with him. Cause my opponets are buying Bigs to stop my bigs. That's my main problem right now.
